When determining your size, place the bottom of the nipple perpendicular to the ruler or nipple measure tool card. Use the size chart for guidance on the proper size for a comfortable and efficient pumping experience. If your nipple rubs or feels squeezed in the flange channel, it is an unsuitable flange size, and you need to replace it with the right size flange/insert.
